Yes. Each partner institution or agency has its own independent refund policy, which is separate from Eden Agency Ltd. Please review their terms carefully before committing.
Delays may occur due to embassy schedules, public holidays, or third-party verification. These delays do not qualify for a refund. However, we’ll continue to support and update you throughout the process.
